WE WANT TO ELOPE- DO WE NEED AN OFFICIANT?
It depends……In most cases, you will need an officiant. It’s dependent on WHERE you’re getting married. We will help you figure this information out, if unknown! Do not worry though, Evan is an ordained officiant if you’re looking for a simple ceremony. Otherwise, we know officiants who will go into the backcountry to be a part of your incredible day!
HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO HIKE?
I’m willing to go as far as you’re comfortable. I train for this, literally. I embrace that climbing mountains as a part of my job and staying in shape for the climb is a prerequisite for me. If you want to go on a multi-night backpacking trip, lets make it happen!
I WANT TO HAVE A MULTI-DAY EVENT & HAVE YOU CAPTURE IT. DO YOU DO THAT?
ABSOLUTELY! I only take on a small number of weddings a year, because I want to give my clients my ALL. With adventure elopements in particular, the season happens within such a small window, meaning a lot of adventure elopement photographers are working multiple days a week all summer long. I do not believe this is sustainable. My clients are those who value my work and more importantly- how I show up in every interaction with my cup overflowing onto them. I don’t do this photography thing for an ego trip, I do it because I value deep connection and human souls in wild places inspire me. So, I would absolutely LOVE to capture your multi-day event and really capture and tell your story.
I ABSOLUTELY would AND I’D be ABSOLUTELY thrilled to be a part of your new adventure together!
WOULD YOU CAPTURE LGBTQ+ ELOPEMENTS?
That’s why I’m here- for you, to help you and really give you all the information. I go into great detail to ensure my clients have an incredible day. There’s some things I can’t help with like the details, dress, etc- those are ALL you, but that’s where ALL the fun is as well. I handle all the logistics like the light, the location (you both choose the location, etc.). So, your main concern on your wedding day is to show up and have an incredible day
